Publishing a Form

You must publish a form to be made available in the application.

Steps
  1. In the module menu, click Administration.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Form Builder. The Forms List page is displayed.
  3. Select the form to be published, and in the Others group, click Publish.
    A confirmation message is displayed.
  4. Click OK. The Forms List page is refreshed with the Published column checked.
  5. To verify if the form is published, perform the following steps:
    1. Navigate to the module where the form is published; Project Management for the example described here. The form is available in the navigation pane.
    2. In the navigation pane, click the form. The form list page is displayed.
    3. Click New to display a new form.
    4. Enter the details, and click Save to save the form.
