Editing Role Information
Steps
- In the module menu, click Administration.
The Administration page is displayed.
- In the administration navigation pane, expand User Management, and then click Security Roles.
The Security Roles page is displayed.
- Select a role and click Edit.
The Edit Role page is displayed.
- Select or clear access permissions for the selected role.
For information on permissions, refer to Configuring Role Permissions.
- Click Save.
Note: If the role name is modified, ensure that the associated workflows’ stakeholders are updated at every stage. For information on updating a workflow, refer to Editing a Workflow.
