Editing Role Information

Steps
  1. In the module menu, click Administration.
    The Administration page is displayed.
  2. In the administration navigation pane, expand User Management, and then click Security Roles.
    The Security Roles page is displayed.
  3. Select a role and click Edit.
    The Edit Role page is displayed.
  4. Select or clear access permissions for the selected role.
    For information  on permissions, refer to Configuring Role Permissions.
  5. Click Save.

Note: If the role name is modified, ensure that the associated workflows’ stakeholders are updated at every stage. For information on updating a workflow, refer to Editing a Workflow.
